Forktail rainbowfish, or Pseudomugil furcatus, are small colourful fish that live about three years. They have yellow accents and bright blue eyes. They grow to about 2″ long each, meaning you can keep a small school in an aquarium as small as 15 gallons. As with other schooling fish, ensure you get at least six of the same species, to help them feel safe and show off their best colours. The more the better if you have space.
